The dish:

Scrambled eggs with salsa, sure cream and balsamic reduction served on fresh crostinis.


The delicious waffles house served with coulis of fruits and a perfect maple sauce.

Beside all that, breads (flax, sesames, choco, figs & walnut) and, the big speciality for soon 20 years, our jams: carrots & oranges, plums & kiwis, lemons & limes, apricots & pineapple, red tomatoes & walnuts...according to the loads of the market...

Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding of Mami Huguette

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of orange juice (or other juice)
  • 1/3 of a cup of sugar
  • 16 to 20 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of dried cranberry (or other fruits)
Directions :
  1. Mix the eggs, milk, juice and sugar.
  2. Incorporate the bread and the cranberries.
  3. Let soak 12 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Cook in an preheated over at 350 *, 1 hour, until the milk pudding is inflated well.
