Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding
of Mami Huguette
• 3 large eggs
• 2 cups of milk
• 1 cup of orange juice and finely grated zest
of 2 oranges
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 15 to 20 slices of bread torn
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
Butter a 9-inch square or 11x7-inch baking dish.
Heat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, combine torn bread, cranberries, orange zest, and juice.
In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.
Let soak 12 hours in the fridge. Cook in an oven preheated in 350 *, 1 hour, until the pudding is
filled well.
