Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding
of Mami Huguette
• 3 bigs eggs
• 2 cups of milk
• 1 cup of orange juice and finely grated zest
of 2 oranges
• 1/3 cup of sugar
• 15 to 20 slices of bread
• 1 cup of dried cranberries (or other fruits)
Mix together eggs,
milk, juice and sugar. Incorporate the bread and the cranberries.
Let soak 12 hours in the refrigerator. To cook in an oven preheated
at 350 *, 1 hour, until the milk pudding is
inflated well.
